Wonderful Indian restaurant. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, lovely atmosphere and beautiful modern decor. The food is delicious! Very authentic and freshly made. The open kitchen concept is really nice too so you can see the chefs making your food. Highly recommended.
If you want to have absolutely delicious Indian food, then this is the place for you!!! Typical authentic Indian flavours, no wonder if you end up licking your fingers in the end! There are may Indian restaurants in the UK but very few of them offer food that tastes really authentic and this restaurant is really one of those few! Would love going to this restaurant many more times! And ambience - omg it's so lovely! One of the best Indian restaurants in London and around.
I'm not a big fan of Indian food, so I wouldn't call myself as the expert, but I know good delicious food when I taste it. This restaurant did just that. The lamb chops were a show stopper for me. Being a meat lover, this was the most yummiest lamb chop I've tasted in an Indian restaurant so far. The butter chicken was also worthy plate to mention because I couldn't stop eating it. Spicy, rich, flavourful, and diverse is what I would describe this restaurant.
A brilliant experience at this lovely restaurant, friendly staff and very welcoming and the atmosphere and decor is great. The manager went out of his way and came over and welcomed us and checked that we was happy with all the food etc. The food is excellent and the best naan i have ever had, so soft and light alongside all the different dishes. My son is a fussy eater and does not like eating much but for the first time in 7 years he finished his whole meal which says alot about the food. Overall food and experience is 10 out of 10. Vegetarian options: Loads of vegetarian options available. Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly with alot of children's food options available. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility, no steps and very spacious.
One of the greatest restaurants in Westfield shopping center, I tried many Indian restaurants , this is one of those that I must not forget, and highly recommend ,everything we tried was so delicious, food qualities and quantities was jus perfect. I loved literally every dish and all the different type of breads they served. Wonderful experience food wise but the service is slow when I tried it for the second time .
It was my first visit to Copper Chimney in London. Food was amazing. I really enjoyed the ambience. Drinks were also nice. The great service by BIVEK. The main thing which was really impressive is MENU. They have a lot of mouth watering dishes. Will come back again.
I have been meaning to leave a review for a while, I've been here on two occasions. The restaurant is really nice, ambience is lovely, staff are very attentive. The cuisine is Indian, you can pre book a table, and also walk in. When we had a booking with friends, we sat in the reserved area which is really nice and quiet. Food was delicious, decor inside is also very beautiful.
I went with my family a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant decor is lovely and open. Staff were friendly and attentive which is great. The food was very nice too. I particularly enjoyed the: Desi style fried chicken, Somosa Chaat, Fish Rahra and the Biryani. Would I return, probably. If you are looking for a curry give this place a try very good.
Highly disappointed with the food, both non-vegetarian and vegetarian spread. The butter chicken was made extremely sweet, despite us asking them to make ot spicy which they tried to by throwing in a split chilly on top- this method creates open heat but not spicy by any means. The mutton sheikh kebab was dried out, and without moisture on the exterior and too dense, as opposed to a moist flavour packing cylinder. The chicken cheese kebab was the better of the lot and was far better, ranking one. The mutton biryani was appalling, firstly the color was off, it had a green tinge and was insipid, lacking salt, and any flavour, the mutton itself was tender but it was an utter disappointment--to such an extent that we sent it back. The staff was attentive and understanding, the service upholds the ranking, if not I'd have given a 2. I was very excited prior to going in looking at the number of reviews and the number of reviewers. Notwithstanding, when we went in, it was a universally disappointing across the board. I hope you find in this review a constructive criticism designed to help you better the experience for customers hereafter. This is intended to help and support to better things. For now folks, if I were walking past this place, I would continue walking. Cheers!
Unforgettable experience. We organised a party of 75 people with a private hire. We felt lucky to have chosen this place. Staff was not only involved professionally but emotionally too as per the occasion. They went out of the way to accommodate the guests. They did not even charge for a couple of guests who arrived late after settling the bill. Thankful to whole staff.
