I ordered the tandoori mixed grill and ordered an item I had tasted elsewhere that wasn't on there menu after I asked them if they could make it for me and they said they could I ordered a achar gosht wich is a slightly spicy pickle flavour meat dish. All the food was delish especially the achar gosht it was better than the previous time I had tasted it. They really went out of their way to accommodate me I really appreciate that and would highly recommend their delicious foo hand really professional and courteous customer service. Will be back for mire soon:0

Absolutely shocking service with an extremely rude owner. Would have given it zero stars if the option existed. I ordered food online for delivery, and one of the items ordered a daal makhni dish-traditionally a black daal was barely edible, and unlike any similar dish I've come across before. The texture powdery, colour bright orange and taste extremely sweet was beyond unpleasant. On complaining over the phone numerous calls had to be made as each time I received a response saying that they would call me back, but this never occurred, I was initially told that the money for the dish would be refunded the following day, which I accepted. However, just minutes later, I then received a call from the owner, who was extremely rude and told me that this was not going to happen. Instead, I would have to go to the restaurant myself and present the food to them in order for a refund to be considered despite the restaurant being nearly an hour away. He was extremely defensive and boisterous, even mentioning that if I had as much as tasted the food, that the refund would not be given. This is despite the food being over a day old by the time the complaint was initially acknowledged. He even had the audacity to ask me if I had the qualifications of a chef, indicating that I had no right to complain if that wasn't the case. To say that this was disgraceful and disrespectful customer service would be putting it lightly. As such, I definitely do not recommend eating here and providing business to a company that lacks even a basic understanding of what good customer service should consist of.
