Picked up my bike after having all new transmission and fork service, bikes like brand new went out for a quick ride and 3hours later still out inspite of the rain and freezing temperature. Great job and service, very happy keep it up lads, cheers.

An excellent cycle store. I bought my bike from them in the sale, it was way cheaper than anywhere else and the service was second to none. I've never visited the store but ordered online and spoke to them over the phone. I was very impressed with the knowledge, customer service and the value offered by Cookson Cycles. Will use them again for my next cycle purchase for sure.

Great service. Recently let down on buying a bike from a different retailer. I contacted Cookson on recommendation. I emailed them in the morning with the specific bikes (2) I wanted. By afternoon the bikes had been sourced, built and ready for collection. Quick response from Sarah and great service! Very impressed!

Hi Guys Just wanted to say thanks for the new bike – it’s great. Got out today for the first time on the commute. Perfect fit – you were right about the 60cm Shaun, it’s spot on. Very comfy ride – flexes nicely over the bumps and is a great riding position (I had thought the bars might feel a bit low but they’re fine. It’s very fast and nimble – according to Strava I set a few PRs this morning! All in all it’s everything I was looking for! I’ll be keeping the CrossRip for everyday commuting but if the sun’s shining I’ll be on the Emonda. Once again - Thank you! Simon.
