Great experience buying the bike a year ago , and when Ive returned for servicing weve always been impressed on how friendly and helpfull all the staff are . Yesterday (Sunday) I had to take the bike in for a warranty issue , I was dealt with by an extremely busy guy called Joey who sorted it out very quickly and hassle free , so here's just a big thankyou to you all and keep up the good work.

Always a great experience dealing with Leisure Lakes Bury. Just had a frame warranty honoured and the experience has once again proved to me that they are one of, if not 'the', best bike shops in the Manchester general area. Many thanks chaps!
