i have heard stories about subpar treatment of US citizens in some embassies/consulates, but was fortunate not to see any until I arrived to UK. This consulate and the one in London should be restaffed

Has no meaningful engagement with Americans overseas. Does not represent us or communicate with us. Is imperiously oblivious to major issues facing Americans living overseas; they might as well phone in their job from Washington. Not a clue why my taxes are paying for them to be here and live in the lap of luxury.
