Story

The Conrah was originally the mansion house of the Ffosrhydgaled Estate and is set in extensive grounds in rolling Welsh countryside, near to the university coastal town of Aberystwyth. It is ideally located for relaxed holiday stays and we also welcome non-residents for meals in the hotel restaurant and bar.

With extensive lounge areas and facilities, the Conrah is an ideal setting for all types of business meetings, conferences and delightful weddings

Had coffee here on Friday 23 February. Excellent service and coffee and the home made cakes were delicious. Will look forward to returning soon.

Enjoyed a spur of the moment lunch at the Conrah with friends and we were not disappointed,the staff were most welcoming and the surroundings are picturesque....our meals were first class and very reasonably priced.

Nice comfy room and the food in the evening was nice, staff friendly. They need a bit more attention to detail, I had cheese for dessert and didn't get a knife (gave up waiting for someone to come back into the room and used a fork, I'd nearly finished by the time someone appeared). That and one of the waiters kept calling me sir, once is a silly mistake, three times is insulting (although to be fair, at breakfast I was sir-madam).
