Fabulous eco friendly provider of natural and sustainable living and craft courses. It is also a place of natural habitat for a lot of wildlife and you are able to go for many walks there. I love the place!

I'm uncomfortable with the ethics of turning productive Farm land into a nature reserve. Still, it's probably better than making a golf course or keeping horses. The lodge is comfortable although the heating is a bit random, so rooms may be cold out of season.

Attended courses here. A bit out of the way but that adds to its charm. Beautiful land & ponds, comfortable, warm & homely environment, clean & tidy learning space.

Had a number of courses there and always learn a lot and have lots of fun, lovely surroundings and always very well organised

Gorgeous, remote location.  The dorms are great value, clean and well cared for.  Bedding is provided and your can hire towels. Very close to wildlife.  The kitchen is excellent: oven, microwave, electric hobs, full range of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses.  There is a fridge and freezer.  It's a fair distance from any shops, but the staff let me use their milk in exchange for a donation.
