The NHS is for everybody, especially Taxpayer's like me! When I politely ask to use the bathroom after recovering from illness, I expect to get past the ignorant receptionist.
A few months back one member of staff was absolutely horrible to my daughter and made her cry , she suffers badly with anxiety and she made her feel terrible. She was so rude and was actually a ‘mental health nurse’ this is supposed to be a non judgmental place where teens can go for help and not feel ridiculed by horrible staff. On the other hand there are some lovely staff.
Great friendly staff and nurses and gives young people a place that they can go without fear of judgement
