Customer service is excellent, friendly and patient. This is one of the largest branches of Runners Need and Cycle Surgery in central London. There are gait analysis machines upstairs and advisors are very knowledgeable to find you running equipment for your purposes.
Staff are very helpful
Received excellent customer service from Simon. So attentive and knowledgeable about running shoes. As a result, I switched the type of trainers I usually wear - this has only taken 15 years to happen! His enthusiasm with regards to 'talking about shoes' was infectious.
Excellent service from Gideon who matched the perfect trainers to my funny feet first time. This guy really knows his stuff.

If you care about your dignity, do not go here. Got told I 'run like a girl' exactly what does that mean by one of the nastiest staff I've ever had to deal with.
I have found them to give the best running shoe advice/service in London. Every time I've been served by Simon. You may have to wait a bit, as he gives people time, but its very worth it..very knowledgeable. A rare find and great experience, thanks again Simon!
