As a purchaser wanting to arrange things from a distance I have been extremely pleased with the additional help provided by this agency, particularly in arranging for a quote to get repairs done prior to agreeing the purchase price.  If we had needed to arrange for quotes ourselves it would have been much more difficult to have confidence in our offer.  The negotiation was handled very well.

After many months of being let done by potential buyers I then placed my property in complete estate agents hands. The brochure they produced was excellent and very professional.
The house sold quite quickly and although the exchange was fairly long , through no fault of theirs, I was always kept informed all the way through.  This is indeed a very big bonus to know how things are progressing.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I had no hesitation in asking their advice when necessary.

I recently bought through complete.  We viewed lots of houses and were always impressed with complete.  The best quality brochures, always on time and extremely knowledgeable.  The conveyancing took time (not their fault!) but they kept me informed and reassured throughout.  Hoping not to move anytime soon, but when I do sell I will be calling complete.

We had a long time between seeing and offering on the property and actually completing, none of which could have been helped, the staff and service was very good and we very much liked our welcome gift when we completed.

Very Very poor service. Given inaccurate information leaving me out of pocket by way of legal fees. Sent Email requesting procedure to file formal complaint, no response. Contacted Will Smith owner received rapid phone call to say looking into matter and told he would get back to me during the week. This did not happen. Left voice mail no reply. Will now have to take to Ombudsman. My trust in this Agent has been lost and would not recommend this agent to anyone. Very unhappy
