I'm normally very stringent on how many stars I leave for services, however Chamberlains, Bovey Tracey, were absolutely brilliant throughout our entire house buying journey! We were able to see the property as many times as we needed before putting our offer in, were friendly and helpful whenever we had any queries right up to completion and even after we completed, were still on the end of the line if we needed any further help. We wanted to particularly point out Scarlett, who has been incredibly helpful, kind and friendly throughout the whole process.

Scarlett has been immensely helpful and a pleasure to work with through the purchase of my property. She was very communicative, keeping me fully informed at every stage and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Chamberlains will be the first people I call if I ever need to sell up and move.

Scarlett was the estate agent who dealt with the purchase of our new house. She was very helpful, professional and friendly. If we ever chose to sell and move on again we would definitely use Chamberlains in the hope to have Scarlett dealing with the matter.

As a first time buyer, I wasn't aware how much is involved in buying a home. Despite the property being with another agent, as the onward chain involved Chamberlains - they were proactive and extremely impressive in getting the chain moving, whilst my agents seemingly ended their interest once the sale was agreed! Considering there was no benefit to Chamberlains in getting involved in my part of the chain, James spent hours dealing with my solicitors and presumably others, to cut through red tape & delays threatening to turn a first time purchase into a drawn out nightmare. Whilst the chain moving would I'm sure of benefited them I cannot thank Chamberlains enough for their refreshing approach to estate agency and actually understanding that a house purchase isn't just a transaction, they actually care about the people changing their lives!

Cannot thank the team enough for helping us through a very difficult and timely purchase but we did it couldn't of done it without your help special thanks to Scarlett for putting up with my constant questions and all her help and patients x
