Id like to echo everyone else's reviews honestly awful business practice and impossible to talk to a member of the team, I immediately bypass any property listed with Bradley's now.
Property availability showing on all platforms including their own website. When you call you are told by an automated system to go & fill in a form you don't even speak to a human. The form itself is incredibly intrusive just to try & book a viewing. To have to divulge your savings & Experian score just to be able to view a property I think is extremely intrusive at this stage, only have I ever had to divulge this information is during the referencing stages never just to view a property. So after having to fill out all yours & your partner's personal information might aswell ask for our blood types while you're at it you are then told the property is no longer taking bookings... Yet this isn't stated anywhere previous to filling in pages of personal information.. so what's the point in this form? To get more people to sign up to your website so you are then bombarded with properties you have no interest in.. Extremely poor way of doing things.. & have no idea why you need all that information just for us to be able to walk around a property, had it been to secure it I'd understand but this was way ott to then be told the property is no longer taking bookings.. awful system. Have properties with for sale signs yet have already been sold not even showing on their site again just a marketing ploy. Tried contacting the branch through numerous ways & even though I was promised that someone would contact me 3 times no one ever did. Even a email to the branch manager was left with no response. So many better estate agents out there that you can actually talk to a human & get a response from & where you don't have to give them all your personal details before even getting a viewing.
Absolutely awful, no way of contacting them via the phone as you press the option and are then disconnected. You are then expected to divulge all sorts of personal details before they even confirm the properties availablity. Finally the online chat system confirms the properties availablity for the office to then contradict this entirely. You would think you could get the basics in order or update your own website with this information.
Awful. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has not requested a viewing for a property because it is listed with Bradley's. No contact. Calling the office constantly to be told its with head office. No customer service. Repetitve form filling. In a time when the market is moving so quickly, it baffles me how slow and unresponsive they are.
Fantastic team at Bradley’s who offer a wonderful service. Currently selling and purchasing property and cannot fault the service we have received. Friendly, approachable staff who are all happy to help in anyway they can. They are prompt to update me with any new information/progress and are very flexible with times to do this as I work full time. Charlotte has been excellent with dealing with all of our questions and promptly come back with answers. I feel confident selling with and buying with Bradley’s.

Found all the staff so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Charlotte came with me to a view a few properties, very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. Would certainly recommend this company without hesitation.
