This is a highly professional firm. I particularly like their realistic approach to pricing and the time scale of the process, compared with some other agents. I dealt with Chris who was helpful and accommodating at all times, even going beyond the normal when necessary. I would unreservedly recommend Williams Hedge.

Extremely efficient, professional & yet friendly, approachable staff. Property sold extremely quickly & I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They are also very good at suggesting properties to consider for purchase, that fit certain criteria that we are looking for.

Chris and the team from Williams hedge in Kingskerswell, even though I didn't use them for selling a house, I bought a house off there client. They were so helpful and kept me in the loop, even with the sale of my house. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely use them if I ever decided to sell my house.

We preferred to engage a local estate agent who knew the market and had a proven track history when selling our property a few months ago. I met Chris, from Williams Hedge. I found him to be realistic, attentive, and very professional. The marketing of our house was exceptional. The first viewing produced the sale, need I say more !! Yes I do. Chris advised us how to present our house. He took meticulous care to discuss the history of the house, and was able to provide the purchasers with the details they required. Chris communicated, advised and supported me throughout. We were the clients and were made to feel important. Chris was the catalyst between ourselves, solicitors and purchasers. We will be moving again in the Spring and hope that Williams Hedge will be able to sell our property and help us find another. We look forward to another smooth transition.

This small team are great to interact with. They are easily approachable, have a pleasant direct manner and are knowledgeable on the local property and its market. They are proactive but not badgering. I really like their style, for me as a seller, and this leaves me confident in them managing and finding me a buyer.
