Definitely wouldn’t use this estate agent, Customer service is zero. Didn’t like it when I asked for their sold board to be removed from the flats where I live as it’s been there long enough now. I also rang Taylors for the same reason, very polite and accommodating.
As we have arranged to view a property, I turned up with my wife at the address. Someone greeted us by the road and she said that her name is Tracy. She took us inside the house, she didn't talk much and we walked around alone, We liked the look of the property so we said we want it however she said mentioned that if we are not British then we can't have it. This is absolutely disgraceful.. we do not not need to be British citizen in order to rent a property. Just to clarify that I am a British citizen and my wife has indefinitely to remain in the UK. I will most certainly make a complain to all relevant departments..
I arranged to view a flat via facetime with my daughter as I was out of the country. This was agreed prior to the viewing to by the estate agent. On asking to go forward with the tenancy I was told i couldn't be put fw'd as i hadn't viewed it personally. When i said that most agents were doing virtual viewing they said it was their policy that everyone had to view a property in person. Even when i said I'd sign a waiver i was denied the property. Really disappointed in their customer service, lack of compassion and flexibility in the current pandemic situation, not a company I would recommend
An absolutely useless agency, who phishes for peoples information, has a terrible reply time and honestly a bit naïve when it comes to other people's time. They also like to phub people off.
Really needed an appointment but were received by an efficient and most helpful negotiator who took note of our requirements and will forward properties of interest on a priority basis
