When telephoning to inquire about a price the man I spoke to was very rude! Will not be attempting again or recommending to friends.

Enquired about 2 journeys: 1 pick-up from a local theatre (evening performance), 1 return journey to a theatre 15 miles away (evening performance again).  "No, can't do that...  No, can't do that either.... I've got early starts the next days".  The website says:
"Day & Evening Hire
Restaurants
Hotels

Theatre
Sporting & Social Events
Shopping Trips"

If evening theatre performances are a problem, don't advertise them.
