Book ahead of time daughter had to be in exam promised will be on time. Rang a few times when it was not on time to be told it nearly there. 1 hour later I get a call saying do you still want the cab. And all the cab company say sorry leave a review. This is a third party number which out the work to other companies and if they don't have a car your not getting your cab as promised the only way you'll get the truth is to ring a cab company direct.
Used to be good when I first started using them now their rubbish!! Takes well over 20 minutes for a taxi, sometimes up to an hour to wait yes AN HOUR!! and not even the people on the phone can give you an accurate time of how long you'll actually be waiting... Company seriously needs more drivers and better service!
Alco-We were charged an extra £10 to stop enroute, literally at the side of the road, for 30 seconds for someone to get out, and then continue our journey. Absolute joke. The driver had no idea where he was going, had to direct him as he headed off in the wrong direction, absolutely clueless. Taxi from wollaston to rushden £27. Will never use this company again as I feel completely ripped off.
Can leave you running a bit late as most of the taxi drivers choose to use phone transactions that don't always work nor on time. A simple card reader for the driver's would make the transaction so much easier
Took a little bit longer to arrive than quoted but really nice drivers and reasonable price. Will definitely use them again
Taxi never came after booking for asap. Waited an hour. Called back wasn’t given a time it would arrive, terrible service
Albeit the drivers are really nice. The company itself really don’t understand “booking in advance”. Anytime I’m needing to get a train and I book the taxi half an hour before journey is only 12-15 mins, they always arrive late and cut it extremely close. Today was the worst, booked two hours in advance and turned up 20 mins AFTER the agreed time, missing the train and having to spend another £35 on train tickets because of their timings. If you are not on a time constraint, great, use them, but if you’re booking in advance because of time, use anyone else.
I booked a taxi for 8:40, I made a call 8:43 asking where it is and I was met with “as it’s rush hour we struggle to find cars, we’ll get one to you in 5, 10 minutes” firstly I made a booking for 8:40 not 8:50 nor 8:30, the taxi got to me at 9:00 which lead me to being 11 minutes late for work and half an hours pay docked because the organisers can’t organise a drink in a pub.
Pre booked a cab online. Got a text to say cab was there. It wasn’t. A cab came a few minutes later and told me the cab wasn’t for me and took another group. Rang the office and they said it showed I was in the cab! Clearly I wasn’t. They sent another cab. Overall was over 1/2 late despite booking 4 hours in advance. Then the driver refused to give me the pre booked rate & wanted a higher fee. I rang the office and they were unhelpful, said my booking reference didn’t show a rate, even though I had a copy of the booking and rate agreed In front of me. Was told it was tough and had to pay the higher fee. Terrible service overall. Would not recommend
On time at all times, good customer service and cost friendly compared to other company's
