Pre booked a cab online. Got a text to say cab was there. It wasn’t. A cab came a few minutes later and told me the cab wasn’t for me and took another group. Rang the office and they said it showed I was in the cab! Clearly I wasn’t. They sent another cab. Overall was over 1/2 late despite booking 4 hours in advance. Then the driver refused to give me the pre booked rate & wanted a higher fee. I rang the office and they were unhelpful, said my booking reference didn’t show a rate, even though I had a copy of the booking and rate agreed In front of me. Was told it was tough and had to pay the higher fee. Terrible service overall. Would not recommend

Pre booked a taxi for 5 to attend an appointment. Taxi didn’t arrive until 5.40, was late to appointment with no explanation as to why they were late and when I got in the driver asked me for directions as to where to go- thought that was their job.Called the company twice when I was waiting and they were rude. Also prebooked a return taxi for 6.10 which to my surprise did apparently arrive as they called me to tell me they were there, said I’d only be a few minutes and they said they wouldn’t wait. They then called me again and said they would wait so I went outside straight away and they weren’t there. Tried to book another taxi and received a call from a driver who asked me where I was going and then said he wouldn’t be coming as he wasn’t driving that way. Tried again to book another taxi, waited around for another 20 minutes. Another phone call from a rude driver saying he was there when he wasn’t, when I said he wasn’t as I was stood outside waiting he then tried to get me to walk to wherever he was. Gave up and walked the hour home. Terrible experience, rude staff and drivers. If I could give zero stars I would.

Taxi arrived 30 minutes late, driver's excuse was he was a long way away when he accepted the fare. Drive slowly, didn't get to the station in time. Awful service, call centre only so can't chase up on arrival time

Use Alco quite often and every driver is always really awesome, especially Bilal/Billy who i have on a basis. He’s such a lovely guy and always prompt too Thank you as always!

Evrytime I book taxi in advance and when I ask why my taxi didn't come they always excuse saying lies my taxi will arrive in 2-5 minutes and its arrive after 30 minute. Bad service, liars

If 0 stars were an option, I would give them that! You can't speak to a human, as the automated system won't allow this. None of the drivers carry card readers.

Every time I have used this taxi firm I’m left waiting over an hour after my pre-booked time until they actually dispatch a car me. Receive texts to say cars have been dispatched, doesn’t show, call to ask where it is & fobbed off with they don’t know where it is, a car will be there in another 15 mins & of course never shows, repeat the process until a car finally arrives. Just be honest with dispatch times please!!

Very disappointed, booked the taxi for 11pm and was late by 30 mins. Was not happy since it was freezing outside.

Disabled customer booked a taxi and was left to wait 40 minutes in sub zero temperature before they had the courtesy to call and say the driver would be another 10. Will never use this company again

Taxi was booked for 4:45. I had a message to say the car was outside nobody there at all then they cancelled my taxi on the basis that the car was supposed to have been sat outside for 6 minutes with me not coming out. I’d been standing outside the house since 4:30 waiting. So unless the invisible man pulled up and was waving at me they talk out of the rear end! And after calling them up there response was that they couldn’t help sorry. What a rubbish taxi service I suggest anyone who’s looking for a reliable company rings elsewhere!!!
