We use Brian's Taxi's and still do. They provide a great service. We really appreciate the help that they provide to our elderly mother. Highly recommend
If I could give a 0 stars I would ,I have booked many a time with this taxi company and each time they are late or don’t show up,DO NOT BOOK with these if you want to be on time for something or have an appointment. You will not make it on time. They lie about how long the taxi is going to be and in general are unreliable.
My taxi driver drove off as I stepped out the door as I rang head office I spoke to them and they was very rude they also hung up the phone on me I found it very unprofessional normally a good taxi company but today was terrible
Booked a taxi for half 6 in the morning 2 days in a row, turned up on time despite -4 temperatures. Would recommend
Customer service overwhelmed by the company’s representative’s domestic dispute. Company not able to handle an out of country credit card.
Always quick to quote. Reasonable rates in an area which does not have the likes of Uber. Would recommend.
Very polite call handlers. Great text system to alert you what type of car is coming, including the registration of the vehicle. Drivers are very friendly and you can pay by card. No intentional slow drivers. What more could you want!
Our daughter was delivered safely to the Northampton train station on time at what is a busy time for the taxi companies. Very happy with the service thank you.
