I have been attending the clinic for about two years to have regular manual lymphatic drainage for the lymphoedema in my ankles.  I have always received great courtesy and helpfulness.  Gill and Tonia are doing an excellent job in keeping this problem under control.  I am very happy to recommend them.

I have  suffered on and off with various muscular Skeletal and back/knee problems. I first attended Colchester Holistic Health Clinic around 5 years ago and have continued to use them ever since. Gill is extremely professional  and knowledgeable and is able to advise on the best course of treatment and assist in the prevention of injuries. I would highly recommend Gill and the team.
