The receptionist are so so rude. I am more than happy for them to ask questions to best help me but their tones are extremely condescending. They definitely need some kind of customer service training because if i hadn't of demanded help today I would have ended up back in hospital without my medication because they were just telling me to ring again tomorrow and there was nothing they could do. Finally got them to book me in for a telephone conversation where i spoke to a very helpful doctor. 

Its amazing how this place is let down by the lack empathy these women show when some of the doctors are extremely good  at their jobs.

Have been a patient of this doctors for many years. The various doctors have in general been ok or good, however  the receptionists have always had the customer service skills of an annoyed cat. Rude, unpleasant and infuriating are some polite words to describe them. Not surprised to see others saying the same things. I hope more patients write reviews (this is the first I have ever left on any company) so the practice realise some customer service training is required as at the end of the day going to the doctors is the last thing most people want and to do and to then be met by them! P.s. I totally understand they have a difficult repetitive job but if they can’t be pleasant then get a different job!

The doctors seem really friendly and helpful. That's if you can get through the barrier of the receptionists. They have to be the most rudist receptionists going. Its like WW3 when speaking with these, Bascially "What I Say Goes". I currently have border line severe depression and one day I needed an appointment straight away. Rung up at 8am and couldn't get through. On the lost count attempt, i got through at 08:05am and the appointments had all gone. And was told to ring back at 8am the next day. I was very suicidal on this day and was told they couldnt help and i just had to get on with it.

The reception staff are so rude. Called to book an appointment to have my prostate checked as I'm nearly 40 and was told to call back between 8am - 9am to book an appointment. I explained that it wasn't urgent and was happy to wait a few weeks for an appointment, and questioned why I would need to call back in the morning. The receptionist then got angry and said I was being very rude, as she was just explaining how they worked. In the end, she hung up the phone on me. I hope they recorded the telephone conversation.
