I absolutely cannot praise this company enough. Laura is an absolute Gem. They helped me change my career with guidance, friendly encouragement and passion for what they do. Working as a support worker, i cant imagine a better job. I go home knowing ive made a difference to peoples lives. Perfect introduction to my new career. Thank you Laura and team.
Staff are very aggressive and have poor understanding of dementia and mental health. Employs staff with a criminal record who mistreat their clients. Michelle and Jane are very arrogant and uncaring. Avoid if you want your loved ones to be in good care.
Working for a service that supports individuals with challenging behaviour; Better Healthcare have been invaluable and proactive in supplying candidates that can meet these difficult needs. We have been lucky to work with kind, patience individuals that are well trained, well qualified and know exactly how to meet the needs of the most complex of people.
