A great castle hidden away within the town itself but definitely worth a visit. A good view can be had from a nearby hill. It's free to visit and park.

Lovely ruins, which you can spend ages exploring. Bring a picnic and take in the lovely atmosphere. There is a pub across the road and a church next door, which you can explore as well. There's a small but lovely playground just outside the main gate. Beware though - there aren't any toilet facilities anywhere within a walkable distance when the pub is closed.

Easy to get to with parking. Free entry and plenty of open space as well as adventurous rooms to explore

Great place to have a wander around for an hour ish. Beautiful set of ruins.
