Fabulous welcome, staff couldn’t do more to make our stay more comfortable. Exceptionally clean and fresh smelling rooms always! Not palatial but very pleasant to stay and superb value for money, We always make a point if staying here. Thoroughly recommend to everyone.Rooms: 4/5
Lovely hotel, great price for the family room.. smelt nice and clean, staff were kind and was greeted with a smile, the snacks in the front reception are great specially for the kids and at a good price too. The shower iv got to say was amazing! Thanks for a lovely night stay.
I was travelling here with my family and dog for a funeral. The staff were so helpful assisting me with early check in, super friendly on arrival. The room was spacious and clean with very little noise. Can't fault this hotel. The price was decent and made a stressful day a little easier. I would definitely book again. Thank you days inn.
Great budget hotel, friendly and helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Very happy here, thank you. Also a pub within short walking distance was a plus. Wi-Fi and parking was free. Cannot fault it.Rooms: 5/5
The bed was really comfortable and the shower was amazing. Lovely hotel only thing they could change is they need plug sockets either side of the bed as there is only 2 plugs in the room which is kettle and tv. Customer service is on point and u can buy snacks and adrinks including alcohol at reception desk very reasonable prices to. Pet friendly hotel as well which is a massive bonus if you want a quick getaaway with your pets
Booked 2 rooms, nice clean rooms with very comfy beds! Free parking and located well to motorways, however one of our room had a leaking toilet which did put me off slightly ! Hotel offered 2 free breakfasts as compensation for it but it was annoying as kids wouldn’t use that toilet !Rooms: 3/5
Room was very worn out but the bed was comfortable. No restaurant in the hotel so a short walk to either a burger king and subway. Just what you want after a hard day's work not.Rooms: 2/5

After booking the saver deal thinking i was going to magor, arrived there and told not this one. I was told your at bridgend. Totally the opposite direction and added an extra hour onto my journey. Double check where they send you, told can't change it or get refund as cancelled last 3 nights. Spoke with manager who said its the saver deal and no refund. Spoke with manager who i am hoping will sort refund for remaining nights, cost of travel was not worth the back and forth from chepstow and Monmouth where i work supporting vulnerable adults. Reason for hotel moved out a week earlier from cardiff but needed to finish work on 9th, couldn't leave clients and company short. Staff however were very helpful so lets hope the manager can give a refund, i am not loaded with money so every penny counts. Speak to someone when booking. I am now down the cost of hotel for next 3 nights and what i have paid already. Where is the humanistic understanding of a persons situation over greed as they will rebook the room and double up on profit. Take care
I stayed last night and had to use the so called " sofa bed" I can tell you that I had no sleep at all, I would of had a beeter night's sleep on a bed of nails. For the size of the room it could of easily had two beds in it and not an excuse for a sofa bed. Worst night I've ever had in any establishment like this.
