The whole process of selling could not have been made easier, especially as I was doing this from a distance. The approachable, friendly and professional team were so helpful. Communication was second to none, this was a key element for me. emails responded to promptly and efficiently. The agents knowledge of the local market was also invaluable as I do not live in the area. The process of selling a house can be stressful, Cochran Dickie made the process so smooth. Ideal.
The team at Cochrandickie have provided a fabulous service from start to finish. Not only were they very professional but really friendly too. I don't believe we could have found this service anywhere else. Curtis' valuation was spot on and in line with the surveyor. Clare was very knowledgeable and incredibly organised; she kept us up to date every step of the way and Ruby's cinematic skills for the Instagram post were equally impressive!
Ruby was fantastic! She was friendly, informative, nothing was too much trouble for her. Brilliant communication, as a first time buyer she helped so much with any questions I had.
Cannot recommend this estate agents enough. Absolutely professional, efficient and most of all very friendly and commutative.
