I previously left a review stating how dissappointed i was with penny lane homes, with the way they had handled my issues, but after direct contact with the manager i am happy to change my review as the manager (Penny) has been amazing and in the process of getting our problems rectified, which really should have been done long ago, she has acted very promptly and also ended up with an apology and also more but i dont need to explain that, since i first spoke to Penny up until now she has been great with us, and cant thank her enough for that. Just glad my complaints and issues feel like there being heard now compared to before. Just want to say thanks very much to Penny
