We recently used Coburg to support with an urgent vacancy which was business critical. I found Hayley to be extremely professional, a good communicator and dedicated to the task in hand. Out of the multiple recruiters used Coburg was exceptional and responded best to pressure. We will definitely be using them again.

Fair, strategic and supportive management. I appreciate how organised they are after having some very stressful jobs before. You know exactly what's expected of you so evaluation is transparent. Oh, I never felt pressured into doing overtime, just like in almost all of my former jobs. Not seen any office politics either. Great pay, more benefits than I've had in other jobs. Very friendly wider team - a positive working environment. My friends are jealous when I tell them that we get taken out for food or at the pub almost weekly

A consultant called me under the name of sophie walters and waffled to me about a opportunity. She made me send my cv and asked if I had any other interviews. She then stated she will get back to me with an interview date. I've called her a few times with no response or feedback then when I did speak to her, she said my cv will be sent. However I still have not heard from her yet. I feel the job was fake and she spoke to me to get her call stats up as all recruitment consultants have kpi targets to meet. She also fished for information from past interviews so she can then cold call and ask for business. Very clever I must say.. but in future, even if it is fake, at least do the decent thing and contact the candidate, explaining they was not successful instead of leaving them hanging. This woman needs re-training as her actions don't make the company look good..

Not very good at returning your calls.... Despite leaving numerous messages, following their request for me to make contact to discuss a position in further detail.
