They've installed a new cash machine outside which won't accept cash deposit envelopes in the way that the old machine did. Now having to rearrange my weekend to visit the branch on a Saturday morning. I believe I can't deposit cash over the counter so I don't know what's going to happen. Thanks, Santander!

Friendly and helpful. You can deposit cheques over the counter if you want to, no need for a paying in slip, simply put your card into the reader and enter your PIN. Far better customer service than the Sutton Coldfield branch.
