Went in after a coop ATM never gave me my money,pointless really couldn't do anything for 24 hours,OK I accepted that but she couldn't even be bothered to give me the phone number I had to contact to fill in a dispute form,it may have not been alot of money £20 to you but it is to me,then when I phoned and filled in form over phone was told 15 days,21 days later!!!!! I haven't even had an apology.

Friendly polite helpfull staff appart from the fat lady with the dark bob styled hair she asks way too many questions.. Should be working for secret service. clean and organized branch . Can get packed at certain times./days.need more staff on then ,instead of 2

Helpful staff ,Convenient location . Quick Service and counter and Also option of Rapid deposit pay in machines ,Friendly Welcome ,Cheers Shaun.

Lazy unhelpful staff. Been a member of natwest since I was 16 and will now be moving banks. Went to open a joint account with my partner and got a bunch of staff who don't want to do their jobs. Now had a wasted morning and no joint account due to them making excuses to get out of work. Lloyds are now getting 2 new customers

They are the most terrible bank I have been with do not apply with natwest. I would not refer them any one they are stupid
