Cobbs Amos Knighton were the sellers agent for the house I recently bought.  Their level of service was wonderful all through the process. Abigail patiently showed me around the house on three different trips, was lovely and welcoming about the area and I felt honest and open about the house itself. She made me feel really comfortable and it was such a great intro to the house, no wonder I came back 3 times! She was also always quick and responsive which I really appreciate.  Emma then looked after the sale process once my offer was accepted, and was a big help in passing on information and helping to move along the sale. She was really friendly and helped make the process as stress free as possible. I'm a first time buyer but Emma never made me feel like my queries were silly, which I'm really grateful for.  Really recommend their services, couldn't have asked for a better team and agent to manage the purchase of the house. Thank you

I sold my property through Cobb Amos knighton in 2020, Abigail and Emma were soo helpful and always replied to my queries promptly, as I work similar hours to Thier opening hrs email was my preferred contact and they were great at keeping me in the loop. They were professional and friendly and I'm glad I chose them as my estate agents. After having to go through another estate agents locally for the purchase of a property I realised just how good the 2 girls at Cobb Amos really were. I would definitely recommend.

Cobb Amos were excellent through out the sale of our property in late 2021. Highly recommend. Both Emma and Abbie are really helpful.
