I like this store but if you are using the TooGoodToGo app don’t bother, I paid £4 expecting to get more as you are buying products close to expiry which is fair enough, they gave me £3.80 worth of food according to the price tags, could have not used the app and bought myself a chomp!
If I could give 0 points, but will send the 1 star for the managers. But the floor stuff, should not be working without enough training, 1 lad I've seen is helpful, the rest of the team. Utter disgrace I must say, very rude, in fact I'll be putting in a complaint.

I had misplaced my prescription sun glasses. After unsuccessfully looking at home I went to make enquires at the store, Deputy Manager, Andrew was so helpful & friendly. Thankfully either a customer or member of staff had handed them in & they had kept them in the safe. I am unbelievably grateful.

Absoulutely! shocking! service! from here today. Been my local shop now for years all staff there seen identification more than enough times for buying alcohol and tobacco etc. Today i have been asked to show i.d to buy an enerygy drink! I am 26 Tried to make a complaint on the whole sittuation but nobody has a clew what there doing in there they just repeat themselfs. Manager needs to be a shelf stacker. As she is not ready for a managerial position. Very unprofessional!. Will not be going to this store again. Shocking service!!!
Tried to charge £4.80 for what should have gone through as a meal deal and then charged me too much for a banana as there was a scanner adding weight to the scale!
Thank you Andrew, today i was given more help than ive ever received in any store around Stafford, that means you top them all literally. Kind, helpful, apologeticonly coz da shop didn't have the piriton. Thank you again.
