Unhelpful,  impolite staff who make you feel invisible.  Not at all a friendly experience for a customer & definitely the worst Aldi I've visited, which is a shame as I frequent about 8 different stores & the other 7 are usually nothing less than excellent.

Always shop at Aldi’s now staff really friendly and helpful especially Rubin and Gemma nothing is to much trouble for them

Visited at 9.45 on a Thursday.  Very little stock. A lot of the fruit and veg sold out  Asked assistants but they were unhelpful even though they were bringing new stock out. Cannock branch is better and staff more helpful

Cheap food and sell some good stuff but not keen on the food they sell but that's my choice my daughter shops there every week good cheap supermarket.
