shop too small people tend to do there weekly shop there and it's not equipped enough for that. maybe put a self check out might help they can not seem to get the right staff

Pathetically slow service. Went to the sandwich section, and selected what APPEARED to be sandwich, drink, and snack for meal deal in the various sections; queued forever to discover "Oh no,  that snack isn't in the meal deal. You must pay full price" Option: choose and queue up again with "right" snack, or pay up and vow never to return. I'm going with plan B...
