Visited this store last night to bits got to till for the lady to start serving me then went onto her headphone thing very loudly totally ignored me in middle of serving me I simply said are you going to finish serving me now she started with what’s ya problem I’m doing what I need to do I said I think you’re a little rude to be told I got issues and she just kept on all I said she was rude! Well what lovely people you employ first class customer service NOT!! But must say rest of staff there are good

I went into this store THURSDAY 19th May approx 2.30 pm a member of staff was filling up the bread , therefore her bread rack was covering the majority of the shelves. I asked “do you have any farmhouse loaves”nReply “all the bread is there I haven’t got time to look for you I’m far too busy” extremely Rude, luckily it’s my first and last time to shop there.
Extremely polite staff member on your tills yesterday 13/05 at around 7:30pm. Didn’t go unnoticed! Thank you.
Costa machine DID NOT WORK and after i got assistance from a worker they could not fix it!! Disgusting behaviour
