Not a good example of a B&Q store from product range or staffing. Be prepared to wait in a que, they can be very reluctant to open additional tills. As refunds and queries seem to be done at the till, you can get stuck behind another customer. They lack experienced staff, and love to clutter aisles making it impossible to move trolley when loaded with bulky items.

Lovely little store, great staff that go above and beyond to help you with what you need.

Everytime we've been in this store they never have what we need, even though on the Website they say items are available. We end up driving to Gloucester or Mucklow Hill branch which is miles out of the way. Staff at Malvern branch not overly helpful either.

Not happy with the service at this store only one person seemed willing to help some seemed to( busy ) doing not much it will be a long day before I venture there again
