Malvern Link’s Co-op has recently undergone a full refit which has created a lighter, brighter store which aims to operate at the heart of local life. New refrigeration has enabled the store to develop and enhance its ranges and added services have created a compelling offer to serve and support the local community, conveniently. Services offered by the store include: in-store bakery, Costa Coffee express machine, free cash machine ATM, customer car park, DPD and Amazon parcel collection services, PayPoint, National Lottery and Health Lottery, soft plastic recycling, local Food Bank collection point, passport photo booth and online delivery services via Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Co-op online shopping.
Shelves perpetually empty, no staff on tills, very expensive. This explains why the place is devoid of customers.
Personally like the place and bargains too compared to other supermarkets I use such as Waitrose to compliment items. However prices have increased somewhat recently and veg is getting limited where are the new potatoes etc ? Anyway watch being on candid camera and being probed as they seem obsessed with customers who buy more than 3 items and not on benefits. Staff can be very friendly even seem to miss you when away with a local independent feel however some can be downright weird. As always these are general opinions. Co op member dividend is excellent taken off shop when you wish and helps if wish to apply for co op credit card if a non perfect credit score.
I hadn't been in this store for a few years. I went in on Sunday.nIt looked presentable, but there was one member of staff serving. I was in a queue of people doing an errand for a friend and had got to be at an appointment.nThen when I got to the till I was told I can't help you. I would have been told sooner if other tills had been staffed.nIt's going like everywhere else. Self service, the same cost in commodities but no wage bill to pay out, people not employed,and no practical customer service. That is an integral part of any business.
Rarely ever have I had any problems with this store almost always has what you want in stock exceptional quality customer service awesome staff usually fast and reliable employee service very friendly and helpful if it was possible to then I would give this store 100/100 for their indescribable quality of customer care and satisfaction with their customer service from their in store shop floor staff I would highly recommend this store to anyone who has the opportunity to drop in to do just that in my personal opinion their customer service is extremely hard to rival it is one of if not the best customer service I have experienced in any store I’ve ever been in to get my shopping they are insanely excellent employees and in my personal opinion deserve to be earning better paid wages for their exceptional quality customer service that they provide and all the effort and hard work they put into their customer service every moment of everyday during their work shifts they deserve to receive the best wages possible in my honest opinion
