A good night out. Bar staff are a bit rude - one once served me a "vodka and coke" which was transparent and looked like dirty water! and took my money anyway, and one rolled their eyes at me unnecessarily when I asked for another VK ontop of the 3 I'd ordered already.
The worse club I have ever been too the bouncers are the worst people on this earth I have ever met they are the most power hungry lads in this world they are so mean and genuinely mean and horrible people. However all the bar staff are lovely.
Good music upstairs but one of the bartenders tries to order me to stop dancing or he would get security on me and the manager kicked my friend out for nothing and as I asked him what's wrong he orders me to shut up or I was next. Might be stress but they have no right to take it out on customers.
the manager/ bouncer or something came across as really rude calling me fat and saying he doesn't care if I come back in or not on New Years eve. terrible customer service and would not recomend coming here if ion a night out in York, plenty of better places to go.
Very crowded, great music, but has to pay and entrance fee of £6.50 and was kicked out after about 30 minutes with no explanation. Very disappointing, won’t be going there again.
Alright music but staff can't tell minorities apart. which is unacceptable when you get kicked out for being mistaken for someone else multiple times. Waste of time and money; hopefully they'd check ID once in a while...
I was in there just 25 minutes before I got battered by a pack of wild gypsies. The music was ok but like I say, getting my jaws spun wasn't ideal
Overly agressive female bouncer, never seen something like it. She was rude, and agressive in a physical nature, kicking them out and falsing stating why they got kicked out.
Have little experience with club in York but so far it seems good
