Cloud Twelve is one of the most exceptional spas I've visited in London. In addition to the beautiful thermal area where I especially loved their salt room, they recommend you do a guided meditation in the relaxation lounge before the treatment begins. I booked a two-hour package. The massage was very firm for which I requested and definitely released some tension in my body, and I purchased some comfort zone products that my therapist recommended, which I love and will repurchase once I am done. The beautiful experience ended with a glass of champagne and some tapas, I will definitely be back and taking some girlfriends with me.
I had a lovely experience at cloud twelve. The therapists were professional, experienced and thoughtful. I had the best massage. Karen at reception is very hospitable and ensured my spa day went smoothly. She has excellent customer service! The spa area is very nice too. Thank you. I would definitely go again.
Cloud Twelve gave me one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. The spa receptionist is so sweet, and I felt like I was really taken care of. The thermal suite facilities are amazing. I had the Dermafrac facial with Kate, who is such a darling and did an amazing job! They also serve you tea, and provide you with recommendations at the end. I would absolutely come here again. The only small gripe is that the thermal suite is connected to the corridor and reception out front. So you can hear the ladies talking and heels on the floor, which can disrupt if you want to focus on relaxing and meditation. I wonder if they can add a soundproof/noise cancelling door. Other than that, 10/10!
I love Cloud Twelve! I love that their products are all natural! And Dorata gave me one of the best facials I have ever had! It was so luxurious and healing at the same time. While the masks were on she gave a fabulous massage… and she understood the lymph system, the pressure points and other healing techniques and it was completely satisfying in every way. I left glowing Thank you so much. I’ll be back!
The best massage I’ve had to date! My therapist Dorota made sure I was well looked after from start to finish, which made this a 5 star experience for me. I told her I suffered from some back pain and she recommended the Deep Relief CBD oil massage. The massage itself was divine, I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep at one point! It really helped to work out some built up tension in my back. It’s been a few days now since the massage and I can really feel the difference. The spa itself is beautiful, really relaxing and the facilities are great. I can happily say with the level of care and attention I received, I will be a regular visitor and already have my next massage booked.
I booked in for a CBD oil massage yesterday and it was phenomenal - the best massage I've had. I used the thermal suite before hand and the smell of the suana was so beautiful. Even the lockers in the changing rooms were hand carved in Bali. Such an amazing experience, and the staff were so accommodating and lovely. I highly recommend!
My friend and I had the best massages and facials of all time at the spa. It was utter bliss, and we loved the spa facilities too steam room, sauna, etc. Can't wait to return and highly recommend.
Just wonderful! The delightful Karen took such good care of me during my visit - from advising on treatments to ensuring every detail was taken care of, and the facial I had was one of the best I’ve had in years and I’ve had a lot!. I have already been back for the same fantastic facial, and have another appointment on Saturday. Huge thanks to all at Cloud Twelve.
Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Ilona was a brilliant professional and I felt so relaxed after. The spa is beautiful. Can’t wait to go back.
Stunning place, incredible staff and I experienced the most magnificent full body massage from an incredible therapist called Dorota. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everything about cloud twelve.
