What an amazing experience I had, very professional in everything they do. They made me feel warm and welcomed. What an amazing job Lorena done to my nails and my eyebrows. Will definitely go there again.

The two stars they earned for the good location and nice looking salon. I honestly can't review the service since I walked in but the lady in the front desk was too busy on her mobile to help me so after a few minutes I just walked out. Shame tho, I was really looking forward since a friend had an amazing experience there.

I am from Jordan and come to london every 6 months. I make it  rule to pass by the salon and fix my hair by Serena. This time it was Serena holiday and I was taken care by another nice lady. Unfortunately  she was not serena's standard. Ngwhich I thought it is the salon's standard.i feel  hesitant  to go back.
