We unfortunately had our dog Millie to be put down which was heartbreaking for our family. But I would just like to say these were amazing with my parents as it was a very tough time for them, they even sent us a card with her paw and nose print and vials of her hair to keep as a memory. We can’t thank them enough, we honestly appreciate it so much! Sad moment but they were all so good and supportive. Made the tough time so much easier, thank you
Very happy with care received from vet today -21 June - during annual vaccination and check up for Tansy and Ginge
I’m so glad to have found a vets where not only are my dogs comfortable but I am too. Amazing staff. Teddy my lab recently had surgery here and I can’t thank you enough for his care. He loves coming and getting cuddles! highly recommend you guys to anyone. Nothing is ever too much or there’s never a question too silly! Even little things like helping me brush him because he was having none of it thank you so much again! Amazing x
Took a young seagull that had broken it's Wing it was strong and eating well vet said she will try and fix the wing as seagulls are protected birds but if it's to bad unfortunately it will have to be put to sleep which is better than the seagull been left to either starve or get attacked by cats can't fault the vet would recommend to everyone
My dog was registered at Clifton Lodge in Billingham for 12 years. The majority of the staff were fine and there are some lovely vets there. However my little boy passed away at Vets Now last week amazing support and staff and when I contacted Clifton to ask for my boy to be removed from their books I was met with a cold impartial response. The voice on the phone was not comforting during that hard emotional phone call. I wasn't expecting someone to feel my loss but some warmth would have been very welcome.
Great vets created space for my 10 month old puppy and my 13 week old once we had been let down by the bridge vets. Managed to get an appointment 30 days quicker than the bridge and also offered a more personal experiance with my dogs rather than seeing them as pound signs. Would recommend to anyone.
Very professional and knowledgeable staff and keep to appointments.
Our cat smokey has been registered with Clifton Lodge for a number of years as recently we registered our new puppy Max. Amy the receptionist at Billingham was fantastic booking his first injections, she was friendly and welcoming during the visit and gave me a face mask when I had forgotten to bring mine. I do recommend Clifton Lodge as all the staff truly put the animals first. Thank you also to the vet who gave advice upon how to clam my cat during the first introductions to the puppy, I am sorry I cannot remember your name.
I called to register my pup, they had had a cancellation so we were seen the same day to get his first vaccination. I was informed about the Pet Health Care plan for him which I think is a great idea for new owners and their pets. Upon entering Clifton Lodge Covid rules are been applied and the waiting room is spotless. The lady behind the counter was very friendly, she talked me through everything and held my pup while I filled in the forms so he didn't have to go on the floor. The vet called us through and again the room was spotless the vet was lovely she asked me.questions checked pup over and the distracted pup to the point he didn't even realise he had had his vaccination. She asked if I had any questions which as a new puppy owner I did. She had covered most of them previously so the ones I had she listened and answered for me. My overall experience could not of been better. Thank you.
With four dogs we use Clifton Lodge Vets frequently and never fail to receive excellent service. For the receptionist’s welcome through the vet’s diagnoses to the payment at the end, we have nothing but praise.
