Friendly and professional. Will be recommending David’s shop to friends and family.
Very knowledgeable. Seems to be able to fix everything without a second thought. Don't need to wait for months on end to get the bike booked in like most other places.
10 stars is the actual rating this place deserves! I took my new Canyon ultimate road bike to check the front derailleur as it was slightly rubbing on the lowest gear. Had to leave my bike there as they are a very busy shop. Later Dave hope I got the name correct told me that everything is fine and it will slightly rub. I believe that's the way the ultegra R8000 is designed. And he didn't charge anything for the checkout. Very honest and sincere. I took the bike home and immediately started working on it to see if I can manage any better. Simply loosened the front derailleur cable fully, unbolted the derailleur and tried to point it inwards as much as I could now it's a bit more parallel. Then did the lower limit, cable tensioning, and upper limit followed by the indexing. I have to say that the chain rub in the lowest gear is at its minimum don't think it can be any better and I am sure that once the chain has tension whilst pedalling it wont rub. I would highly recommend this place for anyone reading. The very fact that how busy the place is points to the high satisfaction levels of its customers. Will definitely use this shop in the future.
Popped in with a broken derailleur hanger to see if they had one which I was intending on fitting myself. They removed the broken one and fitted the new one for no extra charge as well as pointing out a broken chain link and advising how to remove it. Great customer service.
Great service, excellent price. Less reputable bike shop told me my son's bike was a right-off, Dave and his crew fixed it for £20! Nice one.
Fantastic friendly service from Dave, it's a pleasure shopping here.I bought my Mercian vintage style bike here and this has seen me through many thousands of km through Lockdown, not to mention fabulous repairs and servicing of the bike.
Brilliant service. Friendly help. Tried other bike repair places but I would definitely recommend this place over the rest. Good price too!
Terrific customer service and fabulous knowledge. The prices are extremely good too. You can go far, but you'll not do any better than Dave's biking Nirvana!
Really great bike shop and they really know their stuff. Very reasonable price for work, and always helpful. Strongly recommended.
Was looking to spend a considerable amount of money between a service on a current bike and potentially a new bike. Gentleman rude, abrupt and had no time - felt chased out of the shop. Would avoid
