Horrendous service!! AVOID!! I write this review as a former Clarks store manager at a separate branch and this Clarks falls way out of line. The worst I've ever been to. You get told to take a ticket for childrens fitting when it's not even busy but yet no one is actually calling numbers or using the system. I asked a young guy for some help to which he agreed but then I later discovered he was serving someone else without informing me and then brings me out 1 pair of shoes that are completely the wrong fit!! Then goes away again, comes back with the wrong shoes again. Thankfully I managed to get the attention of a young lady who was able to give us what we needed inbetween this. The young guy clearly wasn't a trained shoe fitter and shouldn't be fitting shoes, the poor guy needs training and that falls on the managers! Im sure hes a lovely guy just felt hes being fed to the lions a bit here. The manger or deputy Louise was left in charge but couldn't organise a knees up in a brewery. Walking around like a lost sheep. I finally get to the till carry all 6 pairs we didn't want to be helpful and stop theft because theres no floor management, to be told that these shoes... the exact same shoes are not on sale in this branch.. but they are in your collierswood branch??? There's nothing she can do, which is a lie! Louise should not be left alone in charge and crumbles under pressure does not address the situation even though she knew we was being left, she actually asked a member of staff to help a guy with his daughter that came in after us instead of helping us. Again I'm sure she's a lovely person but clearly in the wrong job!

Terrible service especially the manager. She was the worst manager I've ever met. She was so rude and had this anger tone speaking to customers. The other staffs were so much better than her. They were so sweet and patients unlike Chanelle the manager
I don't know what is going on with this company. I used to buy shoes only from Clarks but it's now the third time in the last 5 times something was wrong. This time, I ordered online with a shop collection. The box wasn't sealed and instead of pair of shoes, there were 2 of different colors ?! and of course no alternative available in the shop. There is no excuse for such disrespect for a client!
The manager was so rude, I don’t know why is she the manager when the other staffs were so much better and nicer than her. Her name is CHANELLE she was speaking in a teacher to a students type of tone. What a bad customer service. Don’t go!
I have just arrived to the shop, one of the staff attacked me and started talking about kids shoes offers, instead of letting me talk about what I looking for. He was helpful but tried to serve some customers with no result. People are loosed patient because of waiting time. He totally lost, I was waiting for him to back to me, finally left the shop as he was busy with another customers. I will order from Amazon now.
Absolutely worst experience, the manager “Chanelle” seriously need to fix her attitude towards her customers and well as her staffs. I only gave a second star since the other staffs are very helpful and friendly.
I gave 2 stars just because of the friendly behaviour from the staffs. There hadn't any collections or new arrival.i went there thrice looking for a model which i found from online. But i couldn't get the product. And there is not much selections for adults in that store
Waited almost 30 minutes to get the kids feet measured- I've just walked out without it even happening. We arrived, got a ticket and waited.... and waited... and waited. It was busier than usual but not ridiculously busy. Plus there were atleast 6 staff members working. We spoke to one of them after 10 mins to double check that they were operating a ticket system because the number on the board wasnt changeing despite them serving a number of people. Although they said yes, people came in after us and were served as and when they approached staff members. We also let another staff member know that we just wanted our children's feet measured and planned to order on the Clarks outlet online. Another male staff member went off to ask one of his colleagues to serve us but still nothing 10 mins later. We even offered to use the device to measure their feet ourselves- this was more out of desperation than thinking we could actually do it accurately. So disappointing. What awful service!
They are professional ,friendly and willing to assist .They value customers. I used to enjoy buying from Clarks but their prices are over the top. I now go and look for similar shoes, with similar qualities for by far lesser costs than theirs.
