Clark is the worst! I signed up for a mandatory insurance GVK, which was my absolute priority. Everything went smoothly in the app, so I was happy. I looked at other products and looked into private pensions funds. For that I instantly got a SUPER SALESY call that lasted over an hour in which I had no interest at all and explicitely said so. As a week had passed since I signed up for the insurance I asked the person on the phone if they could check how long it would take approx. until i get the documents. I was assured they would do so. The next day I got an email with offers for the private pension fund but no input on the GVK which I explicitely said was my highest priority. I replied to that email and never heard back. I send a second email, in vain... I also contacted Clark for 2 weeks in the chat function in the app with no reply at all... After 3 weeks I decided to call the insurance for which I signed up on Clark to ask for more information and what the status of my application was. The person on the phone told me that they never received anything when looking for my name and birthday. Clark is a scam, there is no other way to put it... they ignore your needs as a customer but call you about 5 times to sell you some insurance. Save yourself some time and don't go through Clark when looking for insurance...

I beg Google to introduce negative ratings, as 1 star is way too much for this company.  I am currently dealing with all the issues caused by them, without me even knowing. They meddled with my insurances, which I am just finding out, without letting me know or communicating to me in the first place.  To be perfectly honest, I never wanted their services but signed up thinking it was just a way too keep track of my current insurances - it is not. They are a "Mackler" which means that they act on your behalf. Theoretically there to "help" but in my case there was not a single instance of anything positive, only problems.  I hope I will be able to fix all the troubles caused.

Clark is an amazing company, which is not only trying to change the way we do and see insurance, it also has a team that is absolutely dedicated to make the lives of their customers better and to help them get what they need, not what is most profitable to sell.

SCAM Alert            Einfach Betrug. Fallen Sie nicht auf ihren Betrug herein.  They say it is insurance management app they take over your insurance and transfer them. Their specialty scam targets retired individuals so they loose value of their investing returns and all the way down to regular insurances. Just be aware do research before giving them ANY personal information.
