Very rude staff. Called to make a complaint after going into branch and the manager lied and said I was abusive to them so complaint ignored. Ridiculous service considering all I wanted to do was pay money into my account.
I wanted to set up and ISA with the local rep. Instead I god buried in a automated call centre never ending loop. Poor.
Never had any issues here. Good staff who have always only ever been helpful
Friendly, helpful staff. Much better than Halifax or HSBC staff at the same street.
Wanted to deposit cheques and atm keypad does not work. Not helpful.

If you aren't open Saturdays change your google opening times.
