Awful service. Had some change that I wanted to pay into my account (some £2,£1 and 50ps) and they wouldn't accept anything under a full bag of £20... So now apparently my bank won't accept my money... I asked whether one of the larger branches would take it and she said no. Apparently they don't have anywhere to put it... money... a bank doesn't have room for money. Joke

Staff rude and unhelpful. I asked a simple question about an account and got told to go to lloyds over the road!! At the counter they wanted to see ID before I could pay money into an account I'd held for nearly 12 years. That branch is a joke
