In keeping with many banks these days staff numbers have been cut to the bone. Be prepared for queues if you can't use a self-service machine.

I don't bank here but went in here for some change when it was empty. They didn't have to (and possibly aren't meant to..) help me but a friendly employee did. Little things like this stick in your mind when you're shopping around for services in the future.
