Total lack of communication, constant broken promises and when you complain, even the complaints manager doesn’t reply or even seem to care. Fees are high, poor advice and lost me over £18000 on my initial investment and didn’t seem to care and claimed it was not real money but virtual funds. A simple request to release all my pension funds took over 6 months due to them stalling and trying to talk me out of it. Advisor then refused to speak to me when I made a complaint about him. Avoid this company like the plague. Only scored 1 star as it’s not possible to score zero that they deserve.
