Veronica seemed very caring and helpful in performing the checkups on our cats. The rest of the staff I've had dealings with also seem friendly and efficient. So much better than our previous vet. Convenient parking and great service. I'd recommend to anyone.

Inexperienced vet underestimated the severity of my dogs heart condition leading him to seriously deteriorate. We have moved vets and he is now receiving the proper care and treatment and making a slow recovery not aided by the setback caused by Claremont. I had my reservations seeing the dirty consultation rooms, and seeing a different vet on every occasion, and should have moved then. On making a complaint I was told the vet had only recently graduated, not an excuse, inexperienced vets must be overseen by someone who knows what they are doing. Very disappointed. Looking to take this complaint further.

I cannot recommend this veterinary practice enough. They cared for my rabbit for the last 3 years of her life, bringing her through a major operation and giving her expert nursing care. Right up to her last breath, they showed compassion and love that goes beyond basic veterinary care. I would go no where else.
