I have heard horror stories about the uncaring attitude of Sussex coast vets since they took over Chase, luckily enough my pets didn't need to go to the vets for a long time until yesterday.... I missed my morning appointment, phoned tail between legs, delightful receptionist booked me in again same day. No frowning or grumbling at my earlier faux pas. Vet was professional and friendly and receptionist exceptionally helpful, informative and welcoming. Rumours are wrong, I encourage pet owners to try for themselves.

All staff very caring towards family members (PETS).... Warm, welcoming, friendly to all... Clean & tidy reception Generally overall can not fault them

Super caring vets, had our beloved and aged dog Tish (20yrs old) put to rest here. Highly recommended.
