The team are all lovely. They always smile at us and Jasmine our beautiful Sheltie. We are all treated very well. 'Vets' us not a scary word to Jasmine. I really enjoy myself too!
We have moved to polegate from Hastings and chose this vets purely on recommendation. We have 3 pets and cookie this yorkie is our oldest. She's 15 years old and starting to get poorly. This veterinary practice greets you on the phone with a cheerful and happy manner. When you visit the practice all the staff are so sweet, they are kind, caring, considerate, full of smiles and really make you and your pets feel welcome. I've seen 2 different vets now and both were really thorough and very informative. You don't feel rushed or like you have no idea what they are talking about. They really take the time to explain and put your mind at ease. I could not recommend them enough. We are going back on Wednesday for another procedure for our little cookie, and I feel totally at ease knowing she will be looked after properly.
Excellent service, pleasant and confident. My baby will certainly be coming back when he has a problem and he is eager to do so, unlike at out previous vet practice.
We always find the people here to be kind, sympathetic and very helpful you always want the best for your family and find it here
Great vets, always friendly and happy to help. My dog is very reactive to other dogs and they see him in the car park sometimes which is hugely less stressful.
