An Absolute Lifesaver. Common Sense and Real Medical Integrity.nAfter a heartbreaking 15-month nightmare of constant misdiagnoses, failed treatments across multiple practices, and a disastrous referral that left my 4.2kg dog, Bungle, in a severe health crisis, I had nearly lost all hope.nWhere the massive corporate facilities completely failed us, Tim at Senlac saved my dog's life. In a completely unhurried, compassionate consultation, he actually sat down and listened to Bungle's history. He cut straight through the over-complicated noise, identified the root cause of the food refusal, and stabilized his stomach. He gave us a brilliant, common-sense solution that completely turned Bungle's condition around within 48 hours.nFor the first time in over a year, my dog has his appetite back, his stomach is settled, and his quality of life is fully restored. Tim is the only vet who prioritized the animal in front of him and used real medical integrity instead of rigid protocols. I am profoundly grateful to him for saving Bungle's life. Highly recommended
This was our first visit to the Practice and we were very impressed.nThe staff were friendly and knowledgeable and put us at ease the moment we entered the premises, nothing was too much trouble.nThe vet took the time to answer our questions and offer advice regarding our pet.
I have always received an outstanding service from vets and nurses at Senlac. Yesterday was no exception. Geoff and the nurses working with him were really helpful and supportive to me with my dog who needed to be anaesthetised for procedures to be done. We both get very stressed during veterinary visits and everyone made it as easy and safe as possible.
Our 4 month old puppy, Arthur, has just joined Senlac Vets. He had his 2nd vaccination on Tuesday and took it in his stride, largely down to the friendly and professional approach of Nikki. Arthur was immediately at ease and said goodbye to Nikki with a couple of kisses and a quick hug, not realising that he’d had the injection.nOur previous Vet of 30 years, were for 15 of them a 2 hour round trip. Also a private practice with stability of staff.nSenlac came highly recommended and justifiably so.
My first visit was everything I had hoped in a vet practice, friendly & knowledgeable staff and the reception staff went above and beyond to make sure they had all my dogs details as well as making sure I understood the process’s. Finally, the quote for my dogs dental was half the price I was quoted by my last vets. My first visit here has left me feeling increasingly hopeful. .
